Umsatzsteuer
Die Calvoran LLC ist ein US-Unternehmen ohne deutsche oder europäische Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer. Leistungen an im Inland oder in der EU ansässige Unternehmer werden grundsätzlich im Reverse-Charge-Verfahren abgerechnet (§ 13b UStG bzw. Art. 196 MwSt-Systemrichtlinie).
Streitbeilegung
Die Leistungen unter calvoran.de richten sich ausschließlich an Unternehmer im Sinne des § 14 BGB. Die Calvoran LLC ist weder verpflichtet noch bereit, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Als Diensteanbieter sind wir gemäß § 7 Abs. 1 DDG für eigene Inhalte auf diesen Seiten nach den allgemeinen Gesetzen verantwortlich. Value Added Tax
Calvoran LLC is a US company without a German or European VAT ID. Services to entrepreneurs established in Germany or the EU are generally invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure (Section 13b UStG or Art. 196 VAT Directive).
Dispute Resolution
The services at calvoran.de are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB. Calvoran LLC is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
